Pham The Anh PhD. pham.theanh@ippm.edu.vn Dr. The Anh has got the PhD degree of Economics at The University of Manchester in England. He has just been appointed to be Chief Deputy Director of the Institute of Pucbic Policy Management (IPPM).
Deputy Director: Giang Thanh Long PhD.giang.long@ippm.edu.vn Long has got the PhD in Japan. He has just been appointed to be IPPM Deputy Director since 2010.
Lecturer: Nguyen Viet Cuong PhD. Cuong has got his PhD in Netherlands. He is a MDE former student.
 Librarian: Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Yennguyen.yen@ippm.edu.vn Ms. Yen has worked with the MDE Program since 1995. She manages and tends the MDE library.
 MDE coordinator: Ms. Chu Ngoc Mai chu.mai@ippm.edu.vn> Ms. Mai has just joined the IPPM since 2011 for MDE coordinator position. Among other responsibilities, she handles student enquiries and timetabling.
